How to Manage Download Settings in Chrome Computer?

Chrome helps users to save the files which they download in the Downloads folder of their system. But this is not the rigid option, instead, you can anytime change the location where downloaded files can be saved.   1. When I download my banking transactions in firefox,it open my financial app and downloads it there. My bank app asks e
    where to download it to. In chrome it does not do that. I download to my desktop and then open it in my app.
