What is an Offline Installer?
The offline installer is feature-packed, including all the setup and programming files. The most beneficial part is that there’s no need to separately download the installer and the browser’s program files.
Although these installers are larger in file size as they include everything, they are sure a time saver since you can use the same setup file to install the same web browser on multiple devices.

These links will let you directly download the offline installer or setup files. You can download both for the Windows 32-bit and 64-bit OS. Besides, some of them are also available for Mac and in several other versions.
The Firefox browser can be updated within the browser interface without downloading a new setup file.
Apple Safari Offline Installer
Unfortunately, there is no offline installer available for the Safari browser. It is available only for Mac as system app which is comes pre-installed and updated along with System Software update.

Bottom Line
The offline installers of web browsers work exceptionally well for the specified operating systems. Since it contains all the required files, you can use the same installer for installing it on multiple devices.
Moreover, it doesn’t require a network connection as all the essentials are pre-loaded on the setup file.
While the web browsers file for Mac are packaged as expandable files without a need to run the online installer or online download.
